Possibly the best and very lovely stay of our best holidays. Having an electric kettle, an individual safe, and central heating in our well decorated room. The bed is very comfy and the location is perfect and excellent. Excellent and amicable staff onsite. Located 5 minutes' walk of the bus station.

Its location within walking distance of Great Yarmouth Row Houses was great and perfect. The area was shopping adjacent to restaurants and bars and shops in walking distance as well as the beach and main strip.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was pretty friendly, the grounds were clean. The food was excellent with plenty of alternatives. The location was marvellous and fantastic for traveling around Great Yarmouth, so close to the pier and great yarmouth high street and restaurants. Also, we visited Merrivale Model Village, located not too far from the hotel, was an unplanned pleasure.

The rooms were modern and compact, complete with a very comfortable bed and a hairdryer plus coffee, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too. The location was marvellous and amazing, next to the sea front and the town centre as well as restaurants and bars and shops in walking distance, in a shopping area.

Had a double room with soft towels, the bedroom plus Seaview and I loved it. A hair dryer and bath sheets where available there. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a historic pier.

Everything was perfect, had a really lovely stay of our best holidays. The personnel was excellent and pretty friendly, and the owner too. The hotel was set in a central area very close to all attractions as well as local shopping and town centre. Moreover, it was at a walking distance from Church of st John. We would recommend it.
